I haven't worn one in forever, but I used to use Hollywood tape!

Usually a camisole, but depending on the dress I've also done a safety pin. If the camisole tends to ride up at the waist I've totally tucked it into my underwear or tights.

How closely do you match the camisole to the dress? What if the dress is in a print?

@pastemoo: depends. Mostly I'll just do black or white or something, unless I have a camisole that matches better. And there usually isn't that much of it showing. I haven't worn one in a while though and I've never been all that stylish.

I stitch the front up if I'm pregnant! Nursing cami topped in lace in a contrasting color if I'm nursing.

@pastemoo: put it on then add just like 4 or 5 quick stitches to keep it closed.

Cami and safety pin. I usually have to do a safety pin for the skirt, too, because it flaps open when I sit

@looch: they don't even make ful slips anymore! Where did you find it? I'm planning to wear a skirt half slip

I don't like anything under a wrap dress, so if I can't comfortably use just the tie, I won't wear it. I got an amazing deal on some DVF dresses but I couldn't get them to look appropriate so I ended up returning them.

@pastemoo: I have found full slips in the old lady sections of department stores or sometimes target or Kmart or similar (see above comment about how very stylish I am). But often the neckline is still too long and loose anyway, though they do help with the skirt flapping up.
While I was pregnant I also just wore pullover bras that kind of look like camisoles at the neckline but it certainly isn't the most flattering option.
