I really like the song too. I kind of liked the emotion she put into it but I don't really get why she had to be naked. She looks good naked I guess but.. I don't think it really made sense with the song. Vulnerability? I don't know haha.

I like her songs, but I don't like how she seems to feel the need to be "sexy" (or a poor attempt at it). I can't imagine her parents are happy....

She basically says that this video was much more than just getting naked. It's about her emotions and everything. My thought process is that if you have to say what it is about, you missed the mark on they video.

I didn't think the video was that trashy? There are so many crazy videos out there, this one seemed fairly tame overall (just had it playing to the side though, so may have missed something). All that said, it was directed by Terry Richardson who has done a lot of dodgy videos/shoots:

I like the song. I didn't see how licking a sledgehammer or riding a wrecking ball naked fit with the lyrics, but so many videos nowadays have nothing to do with the actual song. I actually think it could have been a strong emotional video without the nudity and sexiness, but this was a fail. I couldn't take her tears seriously when she's crying in one scene and then licking the sledgehammer.

The song is great and I think the video would have been beautiful if the whole thing was the face shot of her singing. Seriously though, when did she become so trashy? And are all those tattoos real? I think tattoos done with meaning and purpose are beautiful. Hers are all so random and look juvenile.

@mrsjazz: I agree. It was like two different videos. The really good emotionally vulnerable one and the sleazy one.
I just kept thinking about how dirty the ball was. gross!

This video did not convey sexy to me... Rather, it made me wonder if she is up to date on her tetanus vaccination.
ETA: I asked DH if he would think it was hot if I licked some of our tools out in the garage... He said 'Negative, Ghostrider.' lol

I really like the song. I didn't think the video was so bad (but not great either) but just didn't fit with the song. The tongue and sledgehammer part I could definitely do without!

I like the song and I'm not too bothered by the music video. Do I get how it fits with the song? Not really, but hey, girl looks good and if she feels confident showing off her body, more power to her.
