@daniellemybelle: Glad to have you! I'm in the same boat, I need to lose 15 to get back to pre preg weight but would like to lose at least another 10 on top of that to get back to a healthy weight.
@Cherrybee: Welcome, of course you can join! The more the merrier. I love how you set up your goals, because it makes it SO much more manageable when you set smaller increments. Rather than saying, ugh, I have 30 lbs to lose, it's easier to say ok, my next goal is 4 lbs. I might have to use your method since I've been a bit overwhelmed with how much I'd like to lose. Good luck and keep us updated!

I have a mini goal to lose about 4 pounds before we go away for Christmas (departing 12 December) and I honestly don't know if I can get there...I seem to be lacking the motivation to track and I know I won't be successful if I don't monitor everything I am eating.
I've already eaten my breakfast of oatmeal with fruit this morning and my stomach is grumbling at not even 9am, so I don't know how I am going to make it to lunch, honestly!

@looch: The stretch between breakfast and lunch is always the most difficult for me!

@petunia354: me as well. I am fine after lunch, usually I don't even feel the need to eat dinner, but I do need to introduce a mid morning snack.
I just don't know what.

Hi everyone!
So, it's Monday! Weigh Day! It's also the day I officially start Weight Watchers online....
Last week I was just being more mindful of what I put in my mouth and I LOST 1lb! Hurrah!!
So I'm starting off my online stats with a weight of 13 stone 1lb.
This morning, I have used two points on breakfast (fruit and yoghurt and a coffee). E is going to her grandparent's house this afternoon so I'm going to go to the gym after a YEAR away! Eek! I have a tin of soup in the cupboard for lunch. I need to be very careful today because we are eating at the inlaws' house this evening and MIL is making a pasta dish with bacon and cheese and all sorts in it! Nightmare!! But if I can save most of my daily points I should be okay!

I managed to lose a pound, so that's a victory for me.
We in the US have Thanksgiving coming up, I am doing the cooking and hosting at my house, but I will be honest, the food isn't something I look forward to all year. I am curious about the turducken I am going to make, but other than that, the food is a giant yawn, so I anticipate being able to lose another pound this week.
I am curious, ladies, what is the most you've lost in a week? I don't seem to be able to get over the 2 pound mark.

@looch: Well done!! 1lb is awesome!! I don't remember what kind of increments I was losing in last time I did WW. I think the max was around the 2lb mark for me, too.

@looch: When I first started WW about 3 years ago, I lost 4 pounds the first week, and I had a few 3 lb weeks. Most weeks were 1-2 lbs.
I am 5wpp and starting to really be depressed about my body. After Thanksgiving I am going to start in earnest. I honestly think the hardest thing will be eating healthy, whole foods regularly. Right now I don't eat much, but I snack on junk food all day.

Hi Everyone. Well, it was weigh day yesterday and I lost 2lb! That's 3lb loss in total, taking me down into the next stone bracket at 12st 13lb.
Last week went really well. I have been weighing and tracking my food and drink religiously and planning meals in advance, which is definitely the key for me. I tried out two new recipes last week and have a few to try this week too.
How is everyone else doing?

@Cherrybee: yay! what great news!
I managed to lose 2.4 pounds at my last weigh in, which is phenomenal for me, bring me to a total of 9 pounds lost. I've set my next goal, which I should hit by the end of December. It will bring me to a new middle number, which I am so excited about!

@Cherrybee: Way to go!
I gained about a pound over the Thanksgiving holiday, despite my efforts. But today was my weigh in day, so its a new week! I'm shooting to lose 2 lbs this week.

Hi everyone! Another 2lb gone this week, taking my total up to 5lb lost! Hurrah!
Today I'm making sausage and bean casserole for dinner - 12pps per person!

This thread is super quiet! I'm the only one updating it, it seems!! Is that because it's the holiday season and everyone has given up pointing and tracking?!!
Well, I lost another 1.5lb which takes my total loss to 6.5lb. I only have half a pound to lose to be plain old overweight (as opposed to obese).

@Cherrybee: good for you!
I haven't weighed in for a few weeks and we are abroad now, so I am taking a little break.

@Cherrybee: You are making such great progress!!! Keep it up I need motivation like this to keep me honest over the holidays.
I gained a few pounds and was embarrassed about it so I haven't been updating. But I've buckled down on tracking and so I'm back down a few pounds now, still 15 lbs from pre preg and 25-30 from goal weight!

So, it's Monday, which is my weigh day. I have lost another 2.5lb this week, taking my total loss to 9lb! My BMI is now officially no longer in the obese category - I'm just plain old overweight now! If I lose another pound I will get my 5% award - but I don't think I will get there this week!! I'm hoping for a STS!

I am still tracking and weighing! I'm not religious about it, but I am conscious of what I'm eating. I'm still losing weight slowly but surely. I'm 12 pounds over pre-preg weight, 25 pounds over goal weight!
