Job 2: New position, more money (+$10K), still work from home, but not where your passion is.

What does the 10k mean to you? Would it allow you something you can't do now? AFM it's not worth it I'd stay at job 1.

I think I'd stick it out at number one, since your crap boss is leaving in February anyway and you seem to love everything else about it.

Are benefits similar? I'd look at those too in the context of the 10k. If it all adds up, I might just stay with the current one, since it sounds lik eyou really like it.
