I'm wondering what I should (if anything) in this situation. There's a toddler in a playgroup that is constantly taking toys from the other kids. He usually snatches the toy, plays with it for a second, then throws it to go snatch the next one. The parent never intervenes- just watches and smiles. He's done this a couple times to my toddler, who is really laid back and doesn't fight back (but I can tell it upsets her).

It's starting to irritate me. I think it's best to let kids work out their own issues so I very rarely intervene, but I'm starting to get annoyed...
