Prior to conceiving the first time around, i was working out 6-7x a week, running, spinning, yoga, etc. I continued to run throughout my first trimester and everything was fine and dandy.
Lately i only do power/vinyasa yoga, so i do a lot of jumping (to plank and back), inversions and all that good stuff. Should i be "taking it easy", especially during the TWW?
Do you change your practice at all? Am i just overthinking things?
