You go to take a shower and take your bra off and realize you have 2 pads in each bra cup equaling 4.....oops

4-5 hours of consecutive sleep for yourself is considered a good night of sleep. You're at work and notice you have white stuff on your clothes and are not phased by it.

You go to pull your gloves out of your pocket and find a burp cloth and binky instead!
At any give point of any given day, you can point out at least one spit up stain on your clothing.

You decide if you need to change your shirt based upon the amount of time left before work and if the rubbed in spit up can dry before then...

You know you're a parent to a newborn when....
- lining up the Pajama snaps in the middle of the night feels like you need an advanced degree to figure out
- you frequently have to weigh your options between "what's more important during this precious nap time? Eating? Sleeping? Or taking a shower? And sleeping usually trumps all
- you feel yourself rocking or swaying even when you are not holding a baby at the moment -
- You find spit up down your back before leaving the house so you throw on a cardigan
- Your purse is full of puffs, teethers, and toy keys (and you can't find your actual keys!)
- When someone hands you a baby (yours or someone else's) you automatically sniff its butt to make sure there's not a dirty diaper -
Its a good day when you get to shower, brush your hair, your teeth and put clean clothes on!
DH always jokes when he comes home about that! "oh I see you had a good day and someone cooperated!" -
@autumn865: I have to laugh at the pj button comment DH hates them, I have noticed when he dresses her for bed he always puts the ones on with a zipper...lol
