In a consequence-free world, I would love to eat a Big Mac and a vanilla Milkshake with fries. Love dipping fries in my milkshake!! Haven't done that since high school.
Oh and also, like a million chicken mcnuggets.

If i didn't have to think about what's in the nuggets and how gross i feel afterwards:
tons of nuggets with honey mustard and bbq sauce, french fries, a coke, and a filet o fish! Ooh, and an apple pie for dessert.

My go to order is a chicken mcnuggets mini-meal with a diet coke, and a mcdouble with no pickles. If there were no consequences, I'd also add a hot fudge sundae.

If I woke up there I'm assuming its breakfast so I'd go with a sausage mcmuffin and a couple hash browns. Love me some hash browns, but I can't remember the last time I ate at McDonald's.

As long as we're talking no consequences, I would get chicken nuggets with sweet & sour sauce, fries, and a large sweet tea. Maybe even an apple pie for dessert!

Well well, I love their breakfast menu! Hot cakes, egg mcmuffin, hash brown, and OJ. I also like their Big Mac, fries of course, chicken mcnuggets, and maybe a bite of the filet o fish! Not all at once of course I think I would throw up. Also love their soft serve ice cream cones.

2 cheeseburger meal with fries and diet coke, 6 piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, m&m mcflurry or hot fudge sundae. or both, if I have the gift certificate. I'd eat half of each and throw out the rest.
I do not eat almost this same exact meal once a week or so... no, I don't.

I am more concerned about why I woke up in a McDonald's? 
I know in real life I will never eat McDonald's again, so I don't feel guilty to say I would order a double cheeseburger, chicken mcnuggets, fries and a strawberry milkshake! Oh and lots of barbecue sauce!

I'd order lots and lots of fries with chicken nuggets and sweet chili sauce or quarter pounder or mcchicken, or all of them and just have several bites of each! I'm also a fan of their soft serve - yum!

Oh I miss their Big Extra's (with cheese!) and fries and sprite. I could totally do one of their chicken burgers too, can't remember what they're called though! Haven't eaten there in years!
