In reaction to a comment from a friend, I was thinking about how to control my tendency to be judgmental. It got me thinking about all my worst qualities, but of course there's the other side of the coin 
I'm curious to hear your self-assessment--what are your best and worst character traits?
Mine:
Best: funny, warm, discerning, clean, good aesthetic sense.
Worst: judgemental (that would be in the "you're mean" sense), impatient, grudge-holding, ungenerous.

Best: Funny, compassionate, loving, artistic; and then when I set a goal, I usually always find ways to achieve it.
Worst: IMPATIENT, messy, awkward with people/strangers, ungenerous, terrible sense of direction.

Worst: Too blunt at times and abrasive

Worst: Controlling, demanding, high expectations of others, sometimes messy, often anxious and I hold grudges.

I had to do something like this for work a few years ago for management improvement/awareness type classes. They went over our personality types and management styles and has us assess said traits...blah blah
Best: outgoing, intelligent, organized, artistic, passionate
Worst: aggressive, bad temper, confrontational
