This is what I've been listening to for the past 10 minutes. Hate calling customer service! I always try to avoid it as much as I can.

I'm on the phone, too and I'm hearing the same thing.

I called Toys R Us customer service the other day and the hold music was a marching band playing their theme song! It was loud and awful! I'd take elevator music over that any day!

@Alivoo01: Yes! And I hate when they don't give an option to speak to a real person. I just hang up on those.
