We'll be in Vegas for a few days and would love to find a good breakfast/brunch buffet. We'll be completely jet-lagged (dinner time will be breakfast there), so we'll be looking for more savory options 
What's your favorite Vegas breakfast/brunch buffet? It's been quite a few years since I've last visited Vegas and it seems there's been a whole lot of changes.

I had the best brunch buffet experience at the MGM Grand. It was also on a Sunday so I don't know if that makes any difference

My friends and I had brunch at Caesar's palace and stayed for like 3 hours-bottomless mimosas, we got a little breakfast and lunch. It was glorious.

Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan. It's unbelievable. They have an unreal assortment of food - I had pasta, Chinese food, and fried chicken at 8am.

We love the one at the Paris. When I went in 2010 (two different trips) there were some long lines, FYI.

Veranda at the Four Seasons (connected to the Mandalay Bay property). It's not the typical Vegas buffet of huge amounts of food. It's a "fancy buffet." Everything is just elevated to a whole different level there. It's my "must do" every time I'm in Vegas.
