I like a high ponytail. My DH likes my hair down but it gets so frizzy. It's good for only an hour.

I have blunt Zooey Deschanel bangs and I wear my hair in a ponytail all the time too. I love a high pony with a bump or bangs.

I love my hair curled but it takes so long!! I either let it dry naturally wavy or blow dry it straight. It's really long and thick.

@zippylef: I need to figure out the bump. Looks cute. Don't you just tease the hair or something?

I usually wear my hair beachy and wavy. I use a product called ocean texture spray that makes it feel like I went swimming in saltwater. I curl it every couple days and the curls usually last.

@Mrsdaredevil: Oh, ocean texture spray. I need to check that out. Is this what you use? http://www.amazon.com/WELLA-Ocean-Spritz-Texture-5-07oz/dp/B004XJIBAU

Well I like it best when it is down and curled, but daily I have been doing the sock bun with gel in my hair to keep it up and off my neck! Will be my go to summer hair style I think!

I like a braid. But I'm not good at braiding so it always falls out.

I like my hair best down and straight, bangs swept to the side, but I tend to throw it up in a lazy/messy pony during the day or when I'm eating.

@bluestriped bee: the one I use is from a salon called gene juarez....aren't you in Seattle? The salon is only in Washington but their products are amazing!!!!

My favorite is just to put it up ion a messy bun after my shower. No blow drying, nothing. My husband though loves when I have my hair down, So I've been trying to do that more often

Favorite hairstyle on myself? Right now lookswise I'm liking it with big loose curls mostly on the bottom, some volume on the crown of my head & a cute headband. But I'm too lazy to do that most days, so it often gets thrown up in a bun after I get out of the shower

I am obsessed with bangs right now! I have to agree with @ZIPPYLEF, Zooey's hair is fantastic!

A-line bob! It’s my go to hairstyle and I think it’s super flattering since my hair doesn’t have a whole lot of volume otherwise and is stick straight/refuses to stay curled!

I do loose curls pretty often. When it's rainy or windy I usually do a side-part pony-tail with a teeny-tiny bit of teasing at the crown, nothing too wild.

I almost always blow dry my hair straight or straighten it if I want it extra super straight & wear it down.

I rock the semi-side ponytail that LC used to rock in the Hills. I really want to cut my hair into something drastic, but my hairdresser isn't letting me until Susan's due date comes and goes on the basis that she feels I'm making the decision emotionally. If I still want to cut my hair in September, she will let me.

I love when my hair's curled, but it takes forever. Dh loves it curled too!

I like short textured bobs or layered just below shoulder length with side swept bangs.

I like my hair down and curled/waves... but takes too long to do... DH loves it down any style... usually tho, it's in a big mandoo/ballernia bun on top of my head

@Coco Bee: @sulli301: how do y'all blow dry it straight?
I love curls in my hair, but it takes too darn long since I have thick hair. My hair is normally just down and straightened (easy).
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
@Alivoo01: it took A LOT of practice. My hair stylist showed me how a couple times. I got a nice round brush from Ulta, and a REALLY nice Chi hairdryer. I though a dryer wouldn't make a difference, it totally does. I can't get it straight with a $30 hair dryer, just frizzy. So investing in a quality dryer like the Chi or T3 is key.
Then you use the round brush, start at the base and round is as you go down the hair in a downward motion. Hard to explain but i know there are a lot of youtube videos and magazine tutorials out there! I would suggest asking your hair stylist to go slow next time and show you. It does take practice and I won't lie that I ended up in tears the first few times lol but you can do it.
