Smoothies - my LO loves kale/spinach, Greek yogurt, and blackberry smoothie.
Pasta- kale, garlic, pasta, light Italian sausage, and lots of Parm. If I chop the kale up finely, she usually eats it.
I love kale!

I make a 'stir fry' with kale, apple and sausage.
I also love a salad with roasted kale, roasted beets, feta and balsamic vinegar. So good!

I'm not a kale fan, but I do like it in enchiladas. Although, if your family doesn't like soggy kale, it probably would do it for them.

I had steamed kale with toasted almonds, dried cranberries, olive oil & sea salt at lunch today - so yummy!

@autumnlove: I hope she likes it! Sometimes I put it in pesto (again, finely chopped) so that she can't really see that there's anything in there

Melt some coconut oil in a pan, throw in some diced sweet onion and brown it. Add a can of drained butter beans and sauté that until they start to get a little crispy. Add the kale and a little bit of water, sauté until cooked. Add balsamic vinegar. Delish

Sautee bacon, then wilt kale, add a splash of red wine vingear. My DS ate it pretty well but my DD would only eat her one required bite.
