DS can't pronounce L's yet. So clock sounds like c-ock. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it's pretty funny nonetheless.

LO2 is 16 months and says "duppaduppa" when she wants you to open something. Not a mispronunciation but I think it's funny.
LO1 says "vaninna" for "vanilla".

I don't have an LO yet, but a favorite mispronunciation of my niece's is "moogie" instead of movie! So adorable. I'm an ESL teacher, and one of my favorite mispronunciations of all time was for "bless you." I sneezed once, and my student responded by saying, "A-choo."
