We are throwing a New Year's Eve party tonight, and I want to come up with some sort of cocktail. Locals love rum, so most likely something rum based.
What is your favorite rum cocktail?

Pina colada, but those are labor intensive! They remind me of vacation.

My two rum favorites are:
Rum Runner is fruity & festive because the garnishes.
Rum Punch is basically a big batch that you pour as needed.

Mojitos. A Dark 'n Stormy is good, too, but ginger beer might be hard to find. I like limes.

Pina colada, Malibu bay breeze and mojitos are my favorite rum cocktails.

If done right with sugar cane and muddled mint Mojitos are absolutely delicious.

You probably won't like this but someone just told us to use rum in egg nog. Tried it last night and it wasn't bad!

Not a huge rum fan, but I've definitely gotten turnt on some hurricanes!
