My favorite cheap wine is Dezzani Il Dolce Bianco. It's similar to a moscato and it a sweet, slightly carbonated white. They sell it at the shoppette on the base here but I dont know that you can get it in the states. I also like Barefoot Moscato and Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc, both of which are found in pretty much any grocery store.

Love Smoking Loon - their Zinfandel and their Cab Sauv are both amazing. You can get them for about $15 here in Canada but its Californian so probably even cheaper in the US.

Francis Coppola - pinot noir. Apparently its made at Nicholas Cage's vineyard.

Trader Joes Reinheissen is $5.50/bottle and is delicious. Also we like Gewurtztraminer which is under $15 typically

I love all of the Barefoot varieties-- the bottles typically boasts a "Best Wine" seal. You can pick this wine up at Walmart, Target, grocery store.

I really like Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc or their Pinto Grigio, and Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc-- all are maybe $15. I generally like all Sauv Blancs from New Zealand, especially the Marlborough region (I am not a wine expert, but I noticed that region because I used to live on a street with the same name!) Second the Cupcake Sauv Blanc too.
For red I am always all over the place, but I have had some Argentinian Malbecs for under twenty that were really good. And any Pinot Noirs from Washington or Oregon.

Still, their cheese and frozen stuff is pretty good

I like The Little Penguin a lot. And I have a habit of going in and looking for bottles the funniest/coolest labels.

Red Zinfindael is my all time FAV wine! (notto be confused with pink. RED, it's deeper, sweeter and delicious!)
We go for XYZin 10, Dancing Bull, Gnarly Head, Sin Zin... a lot of them will have fun labels too!

My absolute favorite is Selbach Riesling.
I also love 7 Deadly Zins and Gnarly Head- I love old vine zins!

I love all the Cupcake wines and Casillero del diablo, especially their Carmenere -
hahaha the only wine I ever buy is under $10
we get ours from Trader Joes and LOVE it. so yummy. I particularly like Moscato d'asti.
Also love liebfraumilch and gewurztraminer, and both are at TJs.

I love Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon if you want a good cheap red or Menage a Trois Red Blend is also really good!

I am a fan of barefoot wines. I also like their barefoot bubbly. I never get cheap wine headache from any of their varieties I've had.

Do you have a Grocery Outlet near you? It's kind of a discounted overstock store, but they have the best wine for about 40% off!
We like Ménage à Trois cab sauv, Duck Pond cab and pinot (the pinot is over $20 though), Black Stone syrah isn't too bad either.

Robert Mondovi stuff is a good value for the price (especially the Private Reserve bottles).
La Vielle Ferme (Rhone red, less than $10 and really good)
Marques de Caseres (Rioja red); usually about $13-$15 a bottle

Francis Coppola Pinot Noir, or the one that comes in the black bottle with the gold wire.. Cupcake Red Velvet, Yellow tail cab or pinot noir.

@Foodnerd81: Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc is my favorite! I think we pay $11 at TJ's. And agree with sauv blanc from Marlborough region, they are all generally pretty good!

Drew Barrymore's Pinot Grigio is really delish! I also like the Cupcake Moscato

My favorite is Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, although that is usually $20 give or take a few bucks. My cheaper go-to wines are Yellowtail and Barefoot.

some of our fave cheap reds are pillar box red or razor's edge shiraz, and whites are cupcake sauvignon blanc or kim crawford sauv blank

Brancott Sauvignon Blanc or Kim Crawford Sauv Blanc or Fire Road Sauv Blanc. We also like Fire Road for reds as well as Jacobs Creek Shiraz.
