The Care Bears Movie (proud 80's kid here lol), Tangled, Snow White, Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland are her favorites right now!

@yoursilverlining: Our movie collection is lacking. We are working on it tho.

Cars and Big Hero 6. The latter is the "robot movie".
grapefruit / 4712 posts
@lovehoneybee: we finally got cars out of the rotation for a bit. N calls Big Hero 6 "Mac"
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
@MrsRcCar: E was OBSESSED with Thomas for a while. It got to the point where I refuse to put it on. I'll happily take Cars over that show!

frozen, rio 2... though she asks for daniel tiger every.single.day. so if he had a movie, we'd be done for.
honeydew / 7586 posts
Rio 2, Winnie the Pooh (the original), Despicable Me 2, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Frozen, and Finding Nemo are on constant rotation. Rio 2 is his most asked for at this point.
blogger / honeydew / 7081 posts
Horton Hears a Who (the elephant movie) is the only one she knows and asks for regularly.
grapefruit / 4712 posts
@lovehoneybee: N loves Thomas. However we came to arrangement that Thomas can only play in the morning because he has to go to the train yard to get ready for the next day.
grapefruit / 4712 posts
@birdofafeather: N LOVES Daniel Tiger. It is almost the first time out of this mouth every morning.
@Ra: we don't have Rio or Rio2 is there a lot of music?
honeydew / 7586 posts
@MrsRcCar: Yes! I actually haven't seen the first Rio but the second one has a ton of music.

Robin Hood (the Disney one). He signs "bear" to ask for it, so I guess he thinks the movie is about Little John.
His last movie kick was My Neighbor Totoro. So far he has good taste!
grapefruit / 4903 posts
The Jungle Book and Lady and the Tramp are her faves. She's getting on the Frozen bandwagon though. She loves "Mowgee" best of all.
honeydew / 7235 posts
@Woolly Mammoth: I love that movie!! We should rent it. LO loves Jungle Book and Cars, but hasn't watched as much recently.
He is addicted to The Little Bear - it's a show though. But if it was a movie it would be on repeat!
grapefruit / 4712 posts
Thank you who ever moved this! I couldn't get it to move on my end!
@Woolly Mammoth: I love Robin Hood! We really need to beef up out Disney collection.
@rattles: The jungle book has great songs!
@hellobeeboston: what channel is little bear on?
honeydew / 7235 posts
@MrsRcCar: we watch trough Amazon Prime Video. Are you a member? You can stream the Amazon instant video service through TV, iPad, phone, etc. it's awesome. All Little bear episodes were free, some aren't now, but we purchased 2 seasons to keep on the iPad for travel.
I actually really like the show for kids. It's sweet and calming and has nice lessons, and it's only 20 minutes long, so you can limit watching easily.
This feature of Amazon prime (besides free 2day shipping) is totally worth it IMO!!
pineapple / 12053 posts
@MrsRcCar: yeah, both rios have tons of music. that's why my DD loves them! but especially rio 2.
eggplant / 11824 posts
@rattles: my LO loves both of those as well....we go to a little local italian place once a week and LO usually asks for "pasta like Lady" - meaning a plate of spaghetti with a meatball on top, like the movie!
grapefruit / 4712 posts
@hellobeeboston: we are getting Amazon prime next month. So I will keep that in mind.
@birdofafeather: I am going to have to check out Rio.
@Mrs. Sunshine: I love the little mermaid!
@yoursilverlining: very cute about the pasta.

My son is scared of animated films so he only likes Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
Curious George movies, Snow White, Cinderella, Tangled.
We attempted to watch Lion King but it's WAY too scary for a 3 year old. She refuses to watch Beauty and the Beast.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
@Ra: oh we watched a Winnie the Pooh movie the other day - Piglet's Big Day or something like that? She LOVED it! My husband haaaated it. Hahaha. The songs in Winnie the Pooh movies don't stack up against Disney movie songs.

Planes, Planes Fire & Rescue and Cars! He loves Dusty Crophopper! We were watching the beginning of Cars 2 the other day before showing it to him and I turned it off. A little too much violence for a 3 year old in my opinion!
pomelo / 5628 posts
@2PeasinaPod: I was waiting for a Planes Fire and Rescue. That is by far and away D's favorite and I think it's a great movie. We just watched Big Hero 6 so I'm hoping that can join he rotation, but we seem to do one movie at a time for months and months over here.
My nephew loves Madagascar 2...

CARS or CARS 2 or "lightning mqueen & tow mater".
Honestly, I have trouble putting anything else into his rotation because he doesn't want to watch anything else.
He will occasionally ask for How to Train Your Dragon & we just watched Finding Nemo, which I think, hope, was a hit.
pomelo / 5524 posts
@Mrs Green Grass: He actually saw that one before the original Planes, but I think both are good! I love when they put zingers in there for the parents!
@.twist.: We tried to put Finding Nemo in rotation, but every time we put it on, he would go, "No, no. No Nemo. No fishies." Ah well...we tried!
He'll also occasionally watch Monsters University or Toy Story, but he is so into Planes and Cars now!
pineapple / 12802 posts
@2PeasinaPod: It was put in "by accident" and "wouldn't stop playing". He really liked it, except for the shark part where he stood on the couch and used his hands to try and swat at the sharks "NO SHARK, GO AWAY, NO!" Which, was hilarious.
hostess / wonderful persimmon / 25556 posts
@Mrs Green Grass: that's how our daughter is, too. She wants the same movie and show on over and over again.
blogger / watermelon / 14218 posts
Right now it's Lilo and Stitch! I think we've watched it six times in the past 2 weeks.
