I have not had one cramp since labor 14 months ago. Glad i have an app on my phone and i have a regular cycle. I used to always get cramps during AF. This is my 7th or 8th cycle postpartum. So weird!

Lucky. I still get semi-painful cramps on a combo birth control pill now 16 months after having LO.

That's awesome! I hope that happens to me after this baby is born. I hate AF cramps.

I don't get cramps either...but I still get phantom mini contraction like twinges. Not sure of they're related to AF though!

Mine have gotten worse. Either that or since I'm still not on the pill, I"m just not used to how bad they used to be.
