I love the title of this thread! I wasn't active on the July thread, so I'm going to join the fun now. AF showed up yesterday.

Cycles TTC: I'm on 15 now.

POAS date: 8/15. Although I probably won't POAS until I'm a few days late. I hate seeing BFNs.

Trying anything different this cycle: No. Just continuing to use preseed when needed and BDing every other day. Depending on the results of my husband's next SA I might change it to every other day.

Favorite dessert: right now it's chewy brownies!

We have another urologist appointment on the 23rd. I'm hoping that the next SA will show an improvement since its been 4 months since my husband's surgery. If not, we'll probably have to start IUI.

Okay, with a title like that, I might reverse my rash post-AF decision to step away... Love it

Anything different: well, we will be on vacation during ovulation time, so hopefully that means less stress and more business time! If this round isn't successful DH is going to get an SA done.

Favourite dessert: Ice cream, hands down!

@JoJoGirl: hey, I just wanted to encourage you to give it a few days. I was really bummed when AF showed this round too, and avoided the boards too. But it passed after abouy a week. Hugs!

TTC is still on hold for me.

Well I think I may have ovulated yesterday, however, it'll be a few more days till I get my crosshairs. So that makes my POAS date July 27th but most people have dropped out of the July group by then.

TTC: Cycle number 2 in total, first cycle after a mc and d&c in May. We were lucky enough to get pregnant the first time out last time.

POAS date: July 27th

Anything different: Well I used OPKs and NEVER got a positive so I don't think I'll be doing that again. We also did the baby dance a lot more.

Favorite Dessert: homemade - my MIL makes this killer blueberry cobbler, store/out to eat - Chammps chocolate cake.

Trying anything different this cycle: Crossfit! Oh sorry, you mean in terms of TTC? Probably more BD, haha. I dunno, I'm already using OPKs, doing acupuncture, charting, and using pre-seed, so feel as though I'm throwing the kitchen sink at this already.

Favorite dessert: Oh god, why must this be the toughest question? Chocolate lava cake, methinks.

@JoJoGirl: Super random question...Has your acupuncturist ever done Electro-acupuncture on you? I did acupuncture for several months while TTC as well, and on the cycle I got KU with this sticky baby, I had done electro-acupuncture for the first time. What happened was I had my second chemical pregnancy in a row, and on both CP cycles, I ovulated late. I think I was on CD 15 or 16 and I told the acu that I hadn't ovulated yet, and wasn't even seeing a second line at all, and he was basically like, "Well, we'll fix that." He hooked me up to the electro-acu thingy, and basically, it sent electric waves all over, especially to the needles on my belly/ovaries! That was a Friday. I got a positive OPK the next morning, and we got knocked up for good FINALLY! It's just a suggestion since you're already going to acu:) DH was pretty skeptical of acu, but even he had to admit that was really something that I had that done and BOOM - ovulated, then BOOM- pregnant with the first healthy one.

@mrs. bird: It was like a deep vibration...The machine that he hooked up to the needles (it was hooked up to the needles in my legs and on my ovaries only, I think, so not all of them), had a knob that he could turn the intensity up or down. He basically told me to tell him when he reached a point that I felt I would be uncomfortable with for 20 minutes, and when he hit that, he turned it down a bit to an intensity we could agree on. It definitely felt like electrical currents combined with a constant deep buzzing in my body. But definitely not painful. I think when he had the intensity too high, it started to feel like TOO much vibration/deep buzzing and it was just kind of too much to take. But it was definitely not painful. And just as an FYI, it wasn't more expensive than normal acu. I was seeing a Fertility Acupuncturist that worked with the authors of Making Babies, and so he was kind of a big deal, and a package of sessions went for $115 a session (the discounted package price-GAH!), and I remember that I didn't pay more for the electro session. Just as an aside. I was mega desperate though, so I would have! If I have to do acu for #2, I'm going to be like, just cut to the chase and ZAP these ovaries!

@mrs. bird: I've only had it once and it felt kind of like a dull stabbing near my hip that lasted a couple of hours. But other people have described it as a cramp, a twinge etc. And some have had a very brief pain and some have it last for hours. So, yes, it's possible that it could be O pains.

I will be joining `you guys next month! Started my first round of clomid earlier in July but wont be trying til my cycle in August. I will be back lol!

Hi girls! Saw a positive OPK yesterday, and EWCM all weekend - woot! Although my temps are kinda high for pre-O (compared to other cycles) so IDK what that's about. Good morning, ladies! AF did arrive this morning, so we are onto the next cycle. I was actually really okay with it and glad that my body isn't letting me down with its signals.

Cycles TTC: #2 post MC at 20 wks, #5 overall

POAS date: AF is due August 12 (our original due date--ugh). I wasn't strong and totally tested early despite what I said. This time, I won't test until I'm late. I may even let Hubby hide the tests.

Trying anything different this cycle: As much as it hurts to type this, I'm going to chill this month. I stressed so much about O-ing when I was with Hubby last month, that it just took the fun out of everything. This month I'm not going to really keep track of everything and we are just going to BD whenever and just have fun. We will be using the JHoller PP because we really enjoyed that last month. O time is right around Hubby's birthday, so I'm not worried about BD opportunities this month.
