Girls:
Kate/Catherine - I love this timeless, classic name, but we liked the girl name we went with even more.
Isabelle/a - same as above. This was a strong contender if our 2nd had been another girl as it was DH's favorite.
Charlotte - DH loves this name too, but too popular. We know 3 friends whose daughter's were given this name.
Olivia - made it our daughter's middle name because we loved it, but didn't want such a popular name.
Evelyn - several friends named their daughter this.Boys:
Luke - a good friend named their son this.
Nathan - same as above.
Oliver - it was getting too popular.
Joshua - love this classic name, but we didn't go for it.
Joseph - too many people on DH's side have this name. -

1. Camille (doesn't sound right with our last name )
2. Clara (already taken)
3. Charlotte (aunt's name)
4. Annabelle (DH veto)

We had a hard time picking our boys name and then an even harder time picking our second girls name. I'm sure there are a lot though that I would love to use that DH would never agree to !
