I've only known it to be a boy's name but I like it for either.

I have a nephew named Grayson so I'm saying boy.

I've always heard it as a boy's name.

My good friend just named her son this...so for me, it's a boy name. But the girl on top chef was named Grayson and I kind of liked it!

Makes me think of a boy, but only because I know a boy named Grayson.

With that spelling I think boy. My niece is spelled
Gracen, similar pronunciation but more feminine spelling. But if you like Grayson for a girl, I say go for it!!!
