The author claims a 100% success rate at getting your baby to sleep 12 hours a night with a one-hour nap in the morning and a two-hour nap in the afternoon. To do it, however, you'd need to feed the baby 4x during the 12-hour wake/nap period... which would mean increasing baby's milk intake to an average of 6 ounces to meet the recommended 24 ounce intake. My LO is currently taking anywhere from 3-3.5 ounces expressed breastmilk at 2.5-3 hour intervals and to go to 6 ounces 4x a day seems a little drastic.
Has anyone used this method? I'd love any input.
