I go back to work in about 6 weeks right after DD2 turns 1. We'll have 2 kids going full time to the same daycare/preschool and 30-45 minute commutes to work.
What are your morning time savers? What works? What doesn't?

Pack the diaper bag the night before and lay out their outfits. Are they eating breakfast there? Mine do and they makes it easier. My morning routine is wake up and get dressed, pump, put move the bottles to the diaper bag. Then I wake up my toddler, change his diaper, and dress him (shoes and everything.) Wake up the baby, change diaper, dress him, get him in his infant seat and go!
ETA: obviously you don't have an infant, but having their clothes and the diaper bag ready does really help!

DH gets them ready and does drop off every morning. Yogurt, waffles, cereal and other quick stuff for breakFast at the table. We pack lunches and prep daycare bags the night before and I lay out clothes for LO 2. (Big sis is too opinionated!) He has a 40 min commute to work.
