I'm working on my Target list of stuff I need for LO2. I've kept just about everything from my first daughter, so it's really just stuff that I think/know I want to replace for a new baby.
My list includes: nipples, pacifiers, pumping supplies, trashcan (threw out our diaper genie), new A&A blankets, new white onesies, new burp cloths.
Anything else you can think of I'm missing of "gross don't use that for #2"

Oh i was working this out this weekend! New swaddle blankets (cotton, the A&A ones are good), burp clothes and rags, bath towel (E's is a pink kitty, so....), pacifiers, sleeping gowns, and I'm adding a new co-sleeper to the list

@blackbird: Oooh bath towels are a good one, LOs have lost their softness from so many washes. She uses normal towels now, so new baby towels is a good one.

We are having a girl this time so she's getting mostly new (used) clothes. Lo 1 chewed up and/or lost all the pacis so more of those. Really I think that's it for needs. I sold his dream blanket and AA swaddles and got a girly ones in their place. We only needed 1 bottle with lo1 and we are upgrading to the glass version.
Tell me about bottle nipples....do those have to be replaced? Or is it just a preference?

@Mrs. Lion: I'm not sure if they have to be, but I decided after sitting in storage for 2 years they looked a little dingy even after washing, so I figured spending a couple bucks to replace them was best. I'm using all the same bottles so nipples are a small price. Same with pacifiers, they just looked a little dusty/gross after sitting for so long. I'm lucky in that we are having another girl so clothes/blankets are all gender ready. Our girls are opposite seasons though so eventually the clothes won't be able to be shared.

I'm having another boy. I'm thinking of new pacifiers, a carrier (Tula), and loveys. Those are probably the big stuff that I'll get different from LO.

@Mrs. Lion: I read somewhere a while ago that you should throw away the nipples and not use them for subsequent children. I think I was googling whether they can be recycled and found out no, just throw them out.

If we manage to have another, I'm definitely buying a few new things. I want cute newborn outfits and depending on the season, hand-knitted accessories. But new bottles and cute socks are a must

my daughter is still using her bottles so I might need to get a few more. I think her bibs and burp cloths are still perfectly good to re-use. I just dug out her 0-6 months clothes and realize most are pink! we don't know the gender of baby #2 yet, but if it's a boy i think i need to do some shopping!
We are thinking of getting another convertible car seat if we see a good deal. Also looking into a double stroller.

I guess it's not replacing, but I'm going to get a few things I didn't have the first time around. We need a new video monitor and now I'll want a dual camera (our first one already broke), I want a better carrier this time around, and I need to buy a second seat for my stroller. Maybe a roller board, too.

Little brother used the same bottles but I got new nipples. I sterilized the bottles again.
I also got new wash cloths, towels, bibs, and burp cloths because they were all gross. Other than that he used the same gear and clothes. He was born in different seasons so I had to get some new clothes. I also got a rnp and swing this time.

I bought new pacis, new AA swaddles, sheets, clothes (opposite sex and I didn't keep any of LO1s clothes since we moved several times) and a new stroller.

I got new nipples, pacis, A&A swaddles (LO1 still uses his), additional burp cloths (again LO1 still uses some), additional crib sheets and since sexes are opposite we got some new cloths.

@SugarplumsMom: socks, we need new socks, I went through LOs stuff and I swear they were all 12+ months, no idea what happened to the newborn stuff! ha
I also just sold my diaper bag (was never a fan) so I'm going to get a new one (more of a splurge.) I did buy a new carrier (used) because this baby will be spring/summer and I know we will be out and about and I will appreciate the hands free option. I've been way better about buying second hand this round saving a lot!

We got a new thermometer (we use a rectal one when they are little bitty), socks, nipples, pacis, extra crib sheets...that's all I can think of at the moment.
