I did the shred 5 days a week, rested one day, and did a different type of workout the other day. I would do abs or cardio.

I definitely would not be able to do 30 days straight. This time I've been doing 2 days on, 1 day off. On my days off I'll usually do crunches before bed or go on a walk with LO.

I never did 30 Day Shred, but I did Ripped in 30 and I only did it 3-4 times a week. No way could I do it every day!

Rest days. I counted my 30 days as 30 workouts. I did them 5 times a week and rested for 2 days.

Rest days and different workouts. I have always used 30 day shred at just another type of workout. I've been terrible about it lately, but I usually will do 30 day shred a few days a week, run a few days and also take a rest day in there.

@Leialou: same.
@autumnlove: there was once a time when I did it every single day for the month straight. Honestly? That was the time I lost the MOST weight. It was my first time doing it and I was in college though.
I've done it 2x since (during my engagement and again PP) but I couldn't do everyday.
I did 5 days a week and then a break on the 6th day, and then just did something I really enjoyed on the 7th, such as a quick jog around the neighborhood or even some Zumba with some girlfriends.
