My LO is 2.5 months old and is breast fed and given bottles of pumped milk.. It has been 5 days since her last bowel movement...she still has a lot of wet diapers and seems fine. Should I be concerned!?

Lo went 12 days without one! She was around 8 months old and was on solids though. She had such a huge and hard stool! 
since your Lo is so young and ebf she should be okay..I think? Esp since she still has wet diapers.

We've probably been 4 days without one. She had constipation issues when she was younger. We gave her pear or prune juice, but pedialyte was the thing that worked best.

My lactation consultant said that as they get older, EBF babies can sometimes go a full week without pooping and be fine as long as they are still making plenty of pee diapers. I don't have any personal experience though - LO is a poop machine. I would call my pediatrician just to be safe.
