Thanks for sharing. This was very hard to read, but such a beautiful piece. So much of it touched close to home. I enjoyed reading about the experience from the father's perspective. My husband and I are both grieving our stillborn sons, but in different ways, and his seems very similar to the author's.

that got me sobbing and hugging my baby. i get the concept of loss, but when he was talking about Abby and her serious personality, i couldn't help but imaging never getting to see the personality of R and it was unfathomable and devastating.
