Question....I plan on resigning from work tomorrow. The whole family is on my employer's health insurance. DH doesn't start his job until the 29th, and we will thn be on his insurance. Is possible to be on COBRA for just 13 days? How does it work? I went to the website and it said that your employer has 14 days to even offer it to you. I will of course eventually ask my employer when I put in my notice, but the HR isn't super competent so I thought I would ask around first. Also skipping COBRA and risking it for 13 days isn't an option. I have a LO and with my luck, something might happen where we would need to see the doctor....
