I've never used opk tests before can someone recommend a brand I can try for next time?

@FairSeas: wondfo are cheapie, but good. Some prefer clear blue digital because of the smiley face instead of lines to read.

Thanks ladies!! i'm cautiously optimistic! and i was just about to post on the January POAS on my commute home tonight, but thought i'd wait JUUUUST in case!
@Chaosmaven: 8dpo today. no symptoms at all, i just tested out of pure antsy-ness! My husband said he could see it immediately and i wasn't making it up in my head! haha. This is a super early 10miu test (surepredict brand) and with 8pm pee. i actually tested this morning to at 7am and it was stark white. i'll update tomorrow with another hopefully darker picture! eeeeeeeee!!

what actually tipped me of a tiny bit was that my temp was higher today than its been all cycle and I've never in the 5 months i've been charting had a temp higher than the day of the spike after O.

@MissLace: my willpower is starting to wane. This is my first cycle TTC and charting so I'm still learning what's "normal" for me, but my temp seemed to spike a lot yesterday. We'll see how much longer I can hold off.

@FairSeas: I'm using OPKs this month too for the first time. Seems so complicated! I got a generic brand at the pharmacy that looked the same as one of the more expensive brands. If I don't get a BFP next month, I'm planning to order the cheap Wondfo everyone talks about.

A question for all - I am unsure what to do. I was going to count myself out for this cycle because I was spotting for two days (yesterday and the day before) and now there is nothing today. I took a store-brand test yesterday afternoon, not with FMU, and got a BFN. I am maybe somewhere around 7 - 9 dpo but I am not exactly sure since I haven't been charting, although I did get a positive OPK last week. I have long cycles and am on CD40. What would you do? Test again in a few days or accept that maybe it was a light AF?

@FairSeas: i bought the a pack on Amazon that included of 40 wondfo OPKs and 10 HPTs. I have only used them for 2 cycles but so far I like them. I still have problems trying to decipher a positive line but I am sure that is the case with many brands. I bought them because they were cheap to try out. The cheap HPTs are great too and I don't feel as wasting them testing early.

@FairSeas: For what it's worth, I was seeing a lot of complaints on here about wondfos for a while, so I switched to Babi. I never had any issues with wondfs, but I really like the Babi as well and they're comparable in price, so you might consider those.
