Happy Friday, Ladies!!
@Mrs.Panda: I have been working on my resolutions! Last year I lost 50 pounds and really focused on my physical wellness. This year I want to tune into my spiritual wellness. I have been using this daily meditation book: http://www.amazon.com/Book-Awakening-Mark-Nepo-ebook/dp/B005NBKVDW/
Today's meditation was especially awesome!
@fotolori1: I definitely agree with all the advice the ladies have given. To get my water in everyday- I actually got half gallon mason jars to use as a water glass...One mason a day is my minimum water requirement, no refilling. Works like a charm. Otherwise, I just can't get my water in.
Also, I'm so sorry that you are discouraged. I feel the same way. I actually scheduled an appointment with a local therapist next week to talk through some coping mechanisms. I have other wellness practitioners taking care of my physical health, I don't see why I shouldn't have someone helping me take care of my mental and emotional help.
@Cole: Any advice on how to not get wrapped up in the TTC game? I would take any pointers. LOL.

so, someone tell me why my pain in the butt hubby is now saying "SO DID YOU CHECK YET? ARE YOU KU?"
Hi. 7 DPO.
I need a drink. lol

@babycanuck: LOL. Awww....that's so sweet that he's so eager. But no pressure, right?

@HolisticMama: It's sweet, yes, but at the same time I want to strangle him.

@babycanuck: such a mind jack huh? I hope it's implantation for you! I had a wacky cycle this month too.
@HolisticMama: fingers and toes crossed

A little freaked out AF is going to show up early. I keep feeling like it's coming and my boobs hurt... A little crampy too

Hahahahaha @ your DH @babycanuck.
The first month we tried, DH thought it would be a few months before we found out if I was KU or not.
I thought I did a good job of explaining, but the second month he thought I could test immediately after BD.
:headdesk:

@Crystal: men! Although it would be great if we could test that early.
@littleK: I really hope this isn't AF for you. AF symptoms are just progesterone symptoms though, maybe your levels are higher this month? Plus my sore boobs disappear before AF as hormone levels drop so my guess is you have a few days left still....hopefully

I'm so glad that I'm not alone in the constant wondering of the 2WW. It's almost refreshing to be on AF. LOL. A little break from the wonder, you know?
@Crystal: DH thought the same thing last cycle. "Well...can't you take a test?" Um..no..we DTD two days ago. LOL.

Hm. So DH had a meeting with his boss and the president of the company earlier today. We didn't suspect it to be good, but he texted me earlier telling me that he still had a job and we'd talk later.
In the meantime, MIL has been texting me stuff like, "I think he's been preparing for this, at least mentally. Good for you to show your support. Don't put your own dreams on hold...All will be well. The company is being generous, too; nice."
and
"Truly, life has speed bumps. Then life goes on. I've found that such things happen for the best. Deep breaths."
UGH! What does it mean? I guess I will find out in a couple of hours.
This is a good reminder to show my support. I often freak out about bad news and jump to "Oh my gosh! We should put our TTC plans on hold because of this...or that...or this...or that."
Looks like life might be changing soon.

@mfa_lady: @Crystal: @littlek: Thank you!
@babycanuck: Ha! Tell him to stop upping your anxiety! The TWW is already hard enough as it is! (That is pretty funny though)
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@HolisticMama: That is true! Even if we are sad to see it come, at least its an answer.
Though I fully admit that I hope the first initial signs of TOM is actually just implantation spotting and spend an inordinate amount of time googling.
@MrsMccarthy: I hope your cycle regulates soon!
@littlek: Your not out til your out, so I will keep my FX for you!
@Snowdrop: How are you feeling today?
pear / 1846 posts
@Crystal: I'm feeling like I need to stop googling questions I already know the answer to haha! I keep ending up on other forums and getting annoyed because 1) their spelling/grammar is dreadful. 2) people keep saying things I know to be wrong and 3) people keep being nasty to each other... Good job found all you guys!
Am I the only person who finds waiting to O almost as bad as the TWW? Patience is not a virtue of mine.

@Crystal: @Snowdrop: I've had no bleeding.. Just so much CM it feels like AF but it's not..
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@Snowdrop: I actually enjoy the build up to Ovulation.. Everything is so hopeful, no second guessing timing of BD
pear / 1846 posts
@littlek: I don't want to encourage symptom spotting so I'll just say I totally think you are still in. I love the OMG I just got my first fertile sign moment and up to actual Oing but before then I just get so impatient. Especially this month as I have some renewed hope for this cycle.

@Snowdrop: No! You aren't the only one. Im on CD6 today and I feel like I'm never going to make it to CD14 so I can start OPKing.... then I think 9 days is really not that long, just breath... Fortunately I have a job interview on Tuesday, so Ill have something to obsess over besides my O day for a few days at least. Haha!

@littlek: That's how this month has been for me too! I totally keep running to the bathroom for nothing.

@HolisticMama: Wow, I hope the news isn't bad... how unsettling! Update us on what happens! And that is an amazing weight loss! I need to get on it.
@Snowdrop: Oh yes, I HATE waiting to O. Probably because I haven't yet!
pomegranate / 3577 posts
@littlek: Do you usually get sore boobs with AF? The sore boobs were the only way I knew I was pregnant because it never happens to me. Other than that, I had zero symptoms! Fingers crossed for you!
nectarine / 2358 posts
@littlek: I'm holding out hope for you!!
@MrsScottish: sorry about AF. she can be quite the witch can't she
honeydew / 7295 posts
@littlek: hopefully you are just having a little implantation sumthin sumthin. I did have symptoms during implantation. That or it's coincidental. I got my AF at 8DPO this month so I know how annoying it is.
@Crystal: thank you. Me too. I really hope to have a good shot at a baby this month. It's our first real month and I would hate to see my cycles get worse instead of better. I hope you ovulate and get a chance this month!!!
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@MrsMccarthy: I'm really hoping for a normal cycle this month. I actually think I ovulated cd14 which is textbook for my 28 day cycle.
honeydew / 7295 posts
@MrsScottish: aw I'm sorry honey. I know how you feel. Having a heavy lame one as well.
honeydew / 7295 posts
@Snowdrop: @Brawly: THIS! OMG. I feel soooo bored twiddling my thumbs until we can start the BD.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
So I think I finally O'd. Temps have been up the last couple days... will have to see how tomorrow is. But either way, we only BD'd once during the window and it was O-2 (if I O'd when I think I did), so I don't really have high hopes.
pomegranate / 3105 posts
@Snowdrop: Like shit to be honest lol Hubs was also in a super grumpy mood yesterday so I hope he's better today and we can have a chat.
pear / 1846 posts
@babycanuck: i'm hoping he looks after you. Mine is getting better at that now. The first couple of months he was like 'are you seriously going to cry over getting your period, what's the big deal?' hmmm. It sucks to be back at CD1 but I genuinely feel it is healthy to grieve a little for the hope you lost for this month. I've just found out that for hubby's SA he can do it at home and just has to get I to the hospital in 1/2 hr. Would that help him?
nectarine / 2148 posts
@babycanuck I'm really sorry to hear that, it can certainly be a real bitch sometimes. I hope that you don't feel so down today and DH comes around!
