@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Totally understandable.
I think I like the idea that a group of ladies could support me through a chemical or MC. I imagine it's really hard to go through alone.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: It is really strange, I would tell HB straight away, I've gotten so much support from these ladies but IRL I would tell my BFF and mum quite quickly (obviously DH straight away) but I would wait as long as possible to tell everyone else and just wouldn't announce on FB.

@MrsMccarthy: No AF....just really crappy BD timing:-/. I think I might still have a shot today, but we'll see whether or not I can make BD happen....thanks for the support! I am sending speedy vibes to your TWW window.....or, at the very least, early preggo symptoms to give you excitement!

@littlek: Thanks for this! I got a yesterday and a
today....yesterday it REALLY didn't look positive but I trusted it. Today my line is darker than the control. FX BD will happen tonight! (***I know I was down and out this AM, but I'm trying to remain positive that I can overcome what I hoped was crappy timing to maybe still salvage this month's chances?!***) Either way, I'm definitely not POAS until Feb no matter what at this late in the month...

@ChiCalGoBee: go or it tonight! You totally have a chance still. Did you BD last night as well? It only takes one sperm to find that egg so you always have a chance if there are any sperm waiting to meet or on their way to the egg. That's what happened with my first. There was really only one opportunity. Wishing you luck. Thanks for the kind words.

It's three minutes past midnight here (was on a late shift and off tomorrow) I looked at the time and went 'yes, 7dpo!' then realised I do this regularly... You know you're TTC when...

@Snowdrop: O now stands for ovulation and not orgasm.
Oh my gosh. This is me:

@Snowdrop: OH MAN! I so identify!
Tons of cramping today and i am not a period cramper.

@HolisticMama: hahahaha! Nice one! For what it's worth I didn't notice any changes in my veins till long past BFP in my pregnancy.

I feel safe here. Thank you. I just ventured onto another site, out of curiosity and it was scary.

@littlek: SO mean.I want to tell the girls to come here, but I don't want to get in the middle of it- OR lead any of those ladies here, because I saw that happen with weddingbee and the knot.

@HolisticMama: Thanks for asking...unfortunately it was just as bad. I think I'm going on about 2-3 hours of sleep a night right now. I'll be lucky to stay awake through dinner on my birthday on Saturday haha.

Thanks girls! The big 3-0...doesn't seem real, probably due to lack of sleep and anxiety over being 3DPO.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I would immediately share with HB. And that's coming from someone who just had a chemical in November.
I did not and would not share with anyone IRL until 12 weeks though, just in case.
@Snowdrop: lol! I do the same thing! Someone asked me the date today, and I almost told them O day.
@HolisticMama: I can't wait to check out that site!
@MrsMccarthy: I am keeping my fx crossed for you, that's a really good sign!
@Keppa: happy almost birthday!
@littlek: I test that much too! Good luck BD!
My OPK was positive this afternoon, so more BD for us!

DH and I BD tonight, but it was majorly forced on my part. How do you get yourself into it if you just aren't into it?
DH deserves an MVP award if we get KU this month.

@Crystal: I have such a hard time with that to but I soldier on. I try to think sexy thoughts. Good on you guys getting up and at it. I still kind of regret not DTD on O am O+1 but I guess there's always next month if this isn't it.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: just chiming in but like others say that's what HB is pretty much for the support of a or
not to scare you or anything but you can't control when a pregnancy is lost I had a friend just lose her baby two weeks ago and she was 32 weeks so if you wait for a truly "safe" time it really wouldn't be until after the baby arrives but we are all still here to support you no matter
good luck
Also I joined HB right after my MC in late march of last year and I soon as I got my in May HB was the first to know outside of DH and these ladies have all been so helpful through it all

@Brawly: have you tested yet?
I am testing tomorrow. I am 12dpo today but have a crazy day at work today so can't cope with finding out either way, so I'm waiting until u have the day off tomorrow. I have no symptoms apart from yesterday I almost threw up in the car while driving, but I think that could be from maybe not eating breakfast early enough or a tummy bug? Not getting my hopes up yet!
pear / 1846 posts
@Crystal: that would be soo embarrassing!
It is nice to know im not the only crazy one!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Mrs tartan: I think there's only been three... Not enough!!! Though I hope that means there are a BUNCH coming up!!! Good luck tomorrow!!!
@Crystal: I have no advice. It's so hard to do anything when you're not in the mood, which is why I have no hope this month! Hubs and I have only DTD three times!!!
Ugh, girls, my temps are down again today. Not ridiculously low because FF kept my crosshairs, but I'm not really feeling it anymore. Yesterday's high temp was probably a fluke.

@Snowdrop: that one is totally me. I frequently confuse the actual date with cycle days. I was arguing with my husband on what day we went somewhere last month and I told him the 15th which he claimed wasn't possible-turns out we were both right, at least in my eyes!
pomelo / 5720 posts
@Adira: you're not out yet, try to keep your chin up. It only takes one time, right?
@Keppa: sorry you aren't getting much sleep these days. I hope it gets better soon! I have to say, my 30's have been my best years so far. I feel much happier and more confident about myself.
Riding along on CD30 here with no AF yet....I feel like it could come at any time though.
grapefruit / 4649 posts
@Adira: Boo, sometimes this is all so frustrating. I wonder what women used to do when TTC an heir. Did they count cycle days? Dread their periods? Over analyze symptoms?
FF thinks I am crazy, go figure this is the one month where not temping on days 5-8 would matter, my thermometer croaked and so I had to wait it out while a new one shipped and now no cross hairs. I am leaning towards thinking I did o on cycle day 10. It means odds aren't really in my favor because we only bd twice in our window but at least it's a shot. It also means I have potential to be peeing on opks and hpts this weekend, which feels crazy but I totally will!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@bushelandapeck: Thanks!! And when does AF usually show up for you?? Do you know how many days past ovulation you are?
@Cole: Oh my gosh, I know! Maybe it was easier back then because people didn't know as much (generally) and didn't over-analyze every little thing?? And at least you BD'd twice in your window!!!! That's all it takes! I only did it once and I'm not even sure it's really in the window, haha. I'm crossing my fingers for you!
persimmon / 1167 posts
@Crystal: Your DH is a champ. I just literally can't get DH to stand attention when he's not into it- even if I pull out my sexiest lingerie. -_-
@MrsMccarthy: You're right. There is always next month.
I knew a gal who at one point- there wouldn't be a next month, because she had a hormonally induced cervical cancer. At one point- the doctors weren't going to give her another month.
So I try to feel blessed that I DO actually have another month, nearly always.
@Cole: Yesterday my acupuncturist asked me what day it was and I was like, "Huh? Cycle Day 22? 7DPO??"
cherry / 173 posts
@Mrs tartan: Well, I tested yesterday and got a BFN. Sweet bushelandapeck gave me a pep talk so I was going to wait until Friday to test again... and this morning, like clockwork spotting. I'm assuming its AF. We will just give it another shot next month.
This was only my first full cycle since miscarriage, and BD times were funky... I have a good feeling about the next cycle.
pomelo / 5720 posts
@Adira: well, before my m/c AF came between 28-30 days. My first cycle post m/c was 50 days so I'm not really sure what to expect this month. I'm also not sure what DPO I am because I wasn't temping and didn't test with OPKs consistently. My best guess is I O'd somewhere around CD 16-19 which puts my test date between tomorrow and Sunday.
pomelo / 5720 posts
@Brawly: Oh man, I'm sorry for the BFN. This is my first real cycle post m/c too so I'm not expecting much but I know I will still be disappointed. I hope you get your BPF next month!! I'm glad to hear you have a good feeling about it
honeydew / 7295 posts
@Adira: I hope you hit the mark doll! I had low temps when I was pregnant. I wouldn't get to caught up so long as thy stay above the cover line.
@bushelandapeck: OMg I feel so hopeful for you! I really feel like you are pregnant again.
@HolisticMama: what a sad story and yes that really puts things in perspective. I am also lucky to have my little boy to enjoy through the TWW. I really hope you first time ladies see those bfps soon.
Feeling very hopeful for the wave of late month testers coming up. Hope to see a bunch of BFPs!
