I am looking for the most absorbent and stay-dry inserts I can buy to use with my cloth diaper covers.

My son is 1 year old and I am looking for them to use at night so that it absorbs and doesn't leak at night and also is dry enough not to wake him.

I don't have a pocket diaper, just the diaper cover. What inserts would you recommend?

P.S. I also live in Japan so if you know of websites that will ship internationally for a reasonable shipping (free shipping is better!!!), please let me know.
