We currently have huge heavy ugly curtains on an old, disgusting pulley system on our large picture window. Do I replace the whole system? Just get new curtains? I don't even know haha.
The window is 120" tall and 110" wide. I can't even find a good place to order any curtains the right sized...do I need to get them custom ordered? Suggestions for this very first world problem?

I wouldn't consider Restoration Hardware "affordable", but they do have curtains that are 120" long. Depending on how handy you are though it would be a lot cheaper to just buy some fabric.

@JennyPenny: I’ve found several 120” long but the width isn’t ever right. I wouldn’t call myself handy, but I know the number of a local seamstress and I bet she could do it

Are you crafty at all? Or know someone who is? My grandma and I sewed all the curtains at our house. I was able to get pretty affordable fabric from fabric.com
Also, it was fun to pick out exactly what I wanted!

We have huge windows in our family room. I ended up getting IKEA curtains (they come to 118” long so that still may not be enough?). I actually have two panels bunched together on either side and just attached the tops, but you could sew them together to make one very wide panel easily (or your seamstress could). I have these ones and am very happy with how they look, especially for the price- you would have an extremely hard time finding fabric cheaper! (I don’t use the tie backs)

IKEA! I got all of my living room curtains from there. They have a bunch of options that are 118" tall, and agree to buying 2 for each side to make them look thicker...
