I would like to send something to the adoption agencies that helped us with our adoption. Any affordable ideas out there for something that could be shared by office staff? When I Google options, the prices seem too high for me. Both offices have very small staff.

Sometimes local bakeries have a delivery service that is much more reasonable than the bigger services. Maybe try calling around?
ETA: Harry and David make great gift basket/towers and they have a bunch on sale right now.
