My friend is getting me a little kitchen toy she found at Walmart on clearance. I need to go see if target has any of our lights on clearance.

No way! I finished shopping last week, definitely done for a while now. May go to a craft store, Target, or a baby store to get some last minute items, but I'm definitely waiting a couple of days before going out.

I need to go to Target to also look at lights (I would like to get the LED ones for our tree next year) and we need some more of those big Rubbermaid storage things that are on sale but I'm not venturing there until tomorrow when things are quieter.

We used to have the tradition of shopping the day after Christmas when we spent Christmas in NY. But the shopping isn't as good here so I'd rather not deal with the crowds. Plus I'm broke

Nope, it's a tradition for my Mom and I to go but this year was too hectic. My Dad is out of commission since he just had a full knee replacement 1 week ago, he can't walk around yet so my Mom is doing everything for him. Plus my hubby has been laid since Oct so money has gotten really tight. I have enough wrapping paper to last 6 years, all I'd be looking for are ornaments and small toys for stocking stuffers.

I'm currently sitting in the mens department at Nordstrom while my husband tries on suits and jackets! Next stop Pea in the Pod for me!

Boxing Day (today) here is supposedly a lot like the day after Thanksgiving in the US... meaning that I'm steering clear of all public shopping areas

Target is 50% off Christmas stuff the next few days, then 75%, then 90%. Hoping to get some stuff on Thursday at 75%, then picking up any extras for 90% off before the new year.

We hit up target, Joanns and do-it center for christmas village accessories and lights. We are really excited for next Christmas now!

Yeah, looking at toy for next year's Christmas. She'll be one, so still not really sure what she wants. Can't go wrong with blocks or things of that nature.

I really wanted to go to Target and get some of their Christmas decorations (pillows and a blanket I fell in love with). Unfortunately, we didn't get up until 10 and a headache kept me home all day.

My mom and I went a few places but overall we weren't impressed with the after Christmas sales we saw. Hobby Lobby went from 50% off (which is where they were since October) to 66% so we got some stuff there. We also stocked up on gift backs. We liked Hobby Lobby's selection because we felt like a lot of them could be used year round instead of just at Christmas.
