Almost exactly 3 years apart and it has been a great gap. But I think anything between about 2 and 4 years sounds pretty good. Before 2(ish) years is too soon IMO and after 4 it might be a little tough to start over but I know someone who also LOVES her 4 yr gap.

@anonysquire: I'm happy to hear that 12 months wasn't impossible! T is 9 months now and we are on the list for a newborn anytime. Part of me thinks we're insane but we have no idea how long T will stay so we want to go ahead and take another sooner rather than later! I may be contacting you for logistics advice if one comes in the next few months!
