@alittlep: I had PROM and my water broken at 36 weeks in the middle of the night (2am like you!). I had no signs of anything like that happening except for my water just breaking out of nowhere. Mine was a HUGE gush and I just knew it had to be my water so I rushed to the hospital. I started contracting pretty much right away so they had to deliver my son that same day. He had a bit of jaundice and he needed some temperature regulation. Now, he's a rambunctious and healthy 2 year old!
Glad to hear that there aren't any infections and that you stopped contracting! Those are all good signs! Every day that the baby bakes is good!
I'm keeping you in my thoughts all day.

@alittlep: Thoughts your way! I have no personal experience, but had a friend have this happen to her. They kept her safe until 30 weeks (her's happened at 22 weeks) and she has a wonderful 3 year old (and 1 year old too!) All my happy thoughts and prayers are your way!

@mrs. wagon: I'm glad that you were able to get something out of my story! I hope that this doesn't happen to you and it probably shouldn't so don't stress too much. However, that said, the doctors have no idea why this happened and there is probably no reason for it...Enjoy your pregnancy!!
Thanks all of you again for your support!! All is good and things continue to remain stable. I got my 2nd steroid shot this morning and the docs are still hopeful that as long as I don't get an infection or go into active labor that I will be able to get to 34/35 weeks! They won't let me go beyond 35 weeks so at the latest we will have a baby girl arriving on June 30! If you're interested in following my story more, check out my profile, where I've updated it with my "private" blog.
