We're thinking about taking a weekend trip to Alleghany State Park in the Fall.

Anyone gone there before? What else is there to do besides the park? Did anyone stay at one of the all service cabins at the park? Or a local B&B? What month will -hopefully- bring the prettiest leaf colors?
