I have Amazon prime, and sometimes take the $1 credit for slower shipping. I want to know how much I have, but all I can find is how much total gift card credit I have. How do I find out how much instant video and book credit I have? Thanks!

Pick any video and click on it, once in you'll see "Redeem a gift card or promotion code" right beneath the price options and right above the "add to watchlist". Once you click on "Redeem a gift card or promotion code" it will pop up another box detailing your balances.

On this page if you click "Enter Your Code" a little page will pop up that shows your balance in the different areas. To redeem, you just add qualifying items to your cart and it will be in the billing options. I was also able to just contact customer service to see my balances that weren't showing up.
