I really like the Ballet Beautiful workouts on YouTube. They're low impact but challenging. It's what I plan on using when I don't have so much inflammation going on.

Not your question but I like the 7 minute workout for women app. Lots of options for 7-20 minute hiit type workouts so you can keep from getting bored!

I didn't realize they have fitness videos on Amazon Prime! I took a look and there are a few ones I want to try...I'll report back it I do

I use the abs and butt ones on days I don’t run and mix and match to get to about 20 minutes. If you have done anything like Jillian a lot of the moves are similar. You do things for 30-40 seconds only and there are instructional videos to show you the moves. I have been doing it a few times a week since January and I am a fan and not bored yet!
I hear you on free—the Jillian workouts used to be on prime and I was sad when they were gone. I haven’t really looked around on prime lately.

@MamaCate: So you just pick a few to do for as much time as you've allotted for your workout?
@snowjewelz: yeah basically. The idea of the “7 minute workout” doing the HIIT model is that you repeat it 3 times to get to the 20 minutes of exercise that is recommended daily.
I run 4 mornings a week so I don’t feel like I need the high intensity cardio as I might otherwise. Instead I focus on “problem areas” so I like to do the longer booty shaper + 7 minute abs or the abs blaster + 7 minute butt. These both come out just over 20 minutes when combined which is all I have time for!
@MamaCate: Gotcha! I tried the beginners abs + booty one last night! I like that this at least gets me started in a small way and I def sweated and feel it this morning!
