Yes, very effective. Any time we take them off, we have noticed a difference. I was very skeptical when my mom bought one for my oldest, but happy to have something that seems to help. Neither of mine have drooled when wearing them.

Meh prob not...we took it off right before he got 8 teeth (canines and molars) and he was pretty much fine without it while teething.

I think it helps. DS#2 didn't have one for his first few teeth and it was bad. But, he is wearing one now and I think it has made his one year molars (that have been coming in now for MONTHS) so much better. I didn't even know the third one was coming in, until it was all the way out. I'm actually tempted to buy one for my 5 year old because she says that her adult teeth, that are growing in, are bothering her.

I don't think it made a difference with DS. I know some people swear by them but I didn't see the point.

They probably work... but I don't really like the way they look. Sorry, I think they're kinda ugly

@FannyMae: haha I agree! but if it definitely works I'm willing to try it.
FWIW - this is the one my local shop has that I'm eyeing - amber and lapis!

I loved zumas. Also they make anklets if you don't want a necklace. I really think it helped!
