What do you love about ATK/CC? What are some of your favorite recipes?

My favorite thing is that I feel like they really taught me how to cook. I learned the recipes, but more importantly, I learned the concepts behind the recipes - blooming the spices, the effect of baking powder/soda, why we scrape up the browned bits, etc. - and apply them to all of my cooking, whether it's an ATK/CC recipe or not. Of course, I also love that the recipes are pretty much foolproof.

My favorite recipes are chewy brownies, chocolate chip cookies and scrambled eggs (seriously - their scrambled eggs tip changed my world!).
