After our NT scan came back clear I posted a photo from the ultrasound on FB with the status:
"David McK is going to be a daddy, and I'm pretty sure it's mine."

"Attention to All my friends and Family; My wife has a parasite the size of a peach growing inside her womb. The doctors say it will naturally exit the body sometime in early august. Stay tuned." with a link to an article about the top horror movie creatures, specifically Aliens (with a screenshot of the thing popping outta the guy's chest...)

@lovehoneybee: I may or may not have just snorted water out of my nose. HAHA. My husband called R 'Predator' and would make that sick noise from the movies because he thought that's what she looked like on the ultrasound. I think our husbands would get along

We put something on social media just last week, when I was 25 weeks. I wasn't trying to hide it, but I wasn't sure I wanted to announce. It just got to the point where I felt like I was hiding something by *not* announcing.
What a cute video, by the way. I bet she'll be a great big sister!

Cute! My husband is into basketball so we had a photo of the onesie I got to surprise him with the words "New Rookie, M______ team, February 2014"
It was pretty novel amongst our group of friends and made a lot of people smile.
