Tonight is the second night in a row LO melted down from exhaustion around 5:30/6pm.. I got her down for a 'nap' around 6:30 and she's still asleep at 7:45pm. We have been aiming for a 8/8:30pm bedtime (she's 11 weeks so I go to bed when she does). Last night I woke her up around 8 and couldn't get her back to sleep until 9:30. I HATE waking her up but this feels like it's cutting into our evening sleep. She last ate at 5:30pm so will need another big meal before she goes down for the night anyway. Not sure what to do..?
