I love your names. John and Caroline??? That is so cute and classy. I hope you have a boy. For another girl, I really think you should go with Katherine, Elizabeth or Charlotte - all royal names! (I consider the Kennedy's American royalty!)

@katbridg: I love Cecilia. Our dog is actually Cecilia, and our dogs are out first babies. I picked it because I loved it for a future daughter's name and my husband didn't love it, so he let me use it for her. We sing her the Simon and Garfunkel song all the time:-). I love Madeline, too, but I feel like I know SO many little Madelines/Maddies.

I have a great aunt Caroline and her sister, my grandmother, was Natalie. I've always loved how those two names go together.

I am biased towards Cecilia Madeleine was on my short list for her middle name, but DD1's middle is Adelaide, and when said aloud, the rhythm was too similar for my liking. Others on our list that leaned classic but not crazy common were Georgiana, Frances and Marianne. Classic but more current - Anna, Eleanor and Lucy.

I love Cecelia between the two, Madeline was pretty popular in our area about 10 yeas ago so I'm a little burned out on that name.
