I've decided I am going to go with Davinci Jayden collection. It appears that my in-laws are willing to spend enough for me to get the crib plus two additional pieces. DH wants me to ask them to buy the crib, one dresser, and then add the other $250 towards a rocker.

Crib, short dresser and rocker. Just put a changing pad on the dresser.

Agree with everyone else. Crib, short dresser (for changing too) and rocker. Baby won't need two dressers for a while.

I really like that changer, but if the top doesn't come off, I would use the short dresser as a changer. Is the short dresser just as wide as the changer so a changing pad can fit on top? I would go with a crib, short dresser and rocker.

I would place a changing pad on the short dresser and opt for a rocker instead of the tall dresser. Unless I absolutely needed additonal clothes storage I would skip the tall dresser. You could buy LO a twin bed with additional storage trundle.

@mrskc: the short dresser is 36.25" wide while the changer is 37.38' wide but it looks like a changer would still fit.

Crib, short dresser and rocker. Get. The. Rocker. I love ours so much. We use it every single night for bedtime routine.

i voted crib short dresser and rocker. I wish we had room for a rocker but I used my cousin's and DD always fell asleep there
