So after 10 days of a cold/sinus issues I went to the dr - they put me on Augmentin and I have had 4 doses and still feel horrible!!
Usually abx always work for me - do you think I need something stronger? Should I call my dr or give it a few more days?

I never feel better until the end of the 10 day course.

Whenever I've had to take antibiotics, I usually feel that I start feeling somewhat better after a couple of days of taking them but don't really get better until after I'm done. I would give it a couple of days after you finish all of them, and if you're sick, go back to your doctor.

I had strep throat earlier this year and it was a full week before I started to feel better! I'd wait it out a bit longer.

Are you taking any decongestants along with the antibiotics? I have always found that with sinus infections I have to take mucinex D and antibiotics at the same time to get the infection cleared up and start feeling better.
