We try to go down to Pensacola once a year for a week to visit the inlaws. Our lo is old enough now to do things other than sit in the condo and eat/sleep/poop. Any suggestions on day trips or fun things to do in the area? We will have our fill of the bay, the sound and a bunch of pools at the resort where they live. I'm looking for something that's not water related.

Our trip will be in October.
