Wish I had read it with my first pregnancy. Or my second, lol. But I'm super glad to finally be getting around to it with my third! I would totally recommend it to ANYONE, no matter what type of birth you're planning!

If you have read it, did you do any of the recommended birth art? Or, better yet, did you get to attend Birthing From Within classes? Did the process of doing the artwork lead you to any new and mindblowing revelations? Lol.
