i'm experiencing low-level nausea from morning until early evening. i alternate between wanting to avoid food altogether and wanting to eat all the time in the hopes that i will find the "magic food" that will soothe my system.
i was wondering what everyone else's go-to fix/remedy/food was or is for their nausea, whether it be pickles, napping, ginger tea, etc. i'm looking for ideas to try!
